hi there!

About this resource

This downloadable worksheet was created as part of a recent Good Talk on the topic of friendship. It includes a simple visual mapping exercise and reflective journaling prompts based on Kat Vellos’ four Seeds of Connection: Compatibility, Proximity, Frequency and Commitment.

It’s designed to help you gently reflect on the friendships in your life—what’s thriving, what might need more tending, and how you want to show up in this season of connection.

It’s something you can do on your own time (preferably with a cup of tea or a long, slow exhale).

This worksheet was inspired by Kat Vellos, whose book We Should Get Together is a beautiful and thoughtful guide to building adult friendships. I highly encourage you to read it and support her work directly. She has a number of worksheets and other resources on her page that are both brilliant and beautiful. Head there now!
