Shannon Price (she/her)  is a Certified Executive Coach with a career built on supporting people and organizations through change, challenge, and growth. She brings a steady presence to this work—focused on building trust, fostering connection, and helping teams move forward with clarity.

Shannon’s most recent experience is in developing and delivering leadership training and team building sessions rooted in enriching organizational culture. She is currently a casual instructor at NAIT and NorQuest leading learning in the areas of leadership, facilitation, communication and emotional intelligence.

Her approach to facilitation, programs and engagement is based in building connection and trust, holding individuals capable and empowering all to find the ways forward. Emotional intelligence is integrated into all Shannon does. She holds an EQ-i 2.0 certification which offers individual, team and 360 assessments.

Shannon’s experience in change management and program development and working across industries - insurance, public sector, post-secondary education - supports her work in organizational design and culture. Understanding why something is done and how it can be made better gets her excited.

Throughout her career, Shannon has had the opportunity to support organizations, teams and people through change and growth, always working towards improving the experience for the staff and the end users or clients. Her focus is always on building relationships, being authentic and understanding stakeholder perspectives.
